The program featured technical presentations and hands-on sessions focused on CAEN’s x2740, x2745, x2730, and x2751 digitizer series for real-time digital signal processing in scientific applications.

A core part of the training introduced the Sci-Compiler graphical environment, allowing participants to develop custom FPGA firmware without HDL coding. Live demonstrations and practical exercises with the CAEN Smart Kit showcased firmware development, digital signal processing algorithms, and data acquisition using CAEN SciSDK tools. Participants also received technical materials, example projects, and direct support from CAEN specialists throughout the sessions.
